Connect Me’s five departments focus on handling specific pieces of the organization’s infrastructure to ensure that Connect Me succeeds in achieving its mission of supporting the community through free tutoring and mentoring. Each board member below dedicates an exceptional amount of time and effort to fulfill their essential role in the organization.

Operations

Efficiency and organization are the hallmarks of our Operations Department. From managing schedules to streamlining processes, this team ensures that Connect Me runs smoothly, maximizing our impact on the community we serve.

Silvana Solsoloy

Chair

Silvana is a senior at Clovis North High School in Fresno, CA. She joined Connect Me in 2021 as a freshman and has since worked to help develop the organization inside and out by serving on the Admissions Committee and opening a Connect Me chapter in her school. She loved watching all her students grow throughout her time here, and hopes to continue tutoring after high school! Silvana enjoys traveling with family, hanging out with friends, and playing piano and violin in her philharmonic orchestra. Besides tutoring, she is very passionate about sleep research and climate change activism, and hopes to pursue medical research in the future!

Alexander Hu

Deputy Chair

Alex Hu is a senior at Northville High School. Outside of Connect Me, he enjoys running with the School Cross Country team and playing the piano. Alex looks forward to studying Computer Science and Math with the long-term goal of advancing industry and science through computation and engineering.

Pranav Revuri

Team Member

Pranav is a senior at Steinbrenner High and has been tutoring since freshman year. He joined Connect Me last year and has joined a committee recently. Besides tutoring, he likes playing football and spending time with his family and friends.

Ashritaa Palavalli

Team Member

Ashritaa Palavalli is a middle schooler at Winston Churchill Middle School. Outside of Connect Me, she participates in Speech and Debate and has attended and won tournaments. She volunteers at two main libraries in teen leadership positions. In her free time, she reads, writes, and stays inside with her family.

Lindsay Osei-Kwabena

A multi-subject tutor & Operations Department associate, Lindsay Osei-Kwabena is an adaptable, open-minded, and visionary junior attending MSM. She joined Connect Me to not only alleviate the stress that comes with academics, but to help foster meaningful connections between students and tutors. In her free time, she enjoys indulging in biscuits and iced tea.

Vaibhav Bhaskar

Vaibhav is an outgoing individual who enjoys including others. With a passion for finance, he aspires to work in private equity. He is also deeply committed to promoting education, particularly in underdeveloped regions, a value that aligns with the mission of ConnectMe. He participates in Varsity Track and enjoys socializing with people.

Srihan Sankepalle

Srihan Sankepalle is a dedicated high school sophomore with a passion for supporting others through tutoring and mentorship. With a strong interest in math and problem-solving, he enjoys helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

Anne Marie Timpe

Team Member

Anne Marie is a high school junior in Central Illinois who has been a tutor for 3 years. She's in the Conservation Club, leads the NHS tutors' board, and is the Debate Captian on the Speech Team. She enjoys reading and running and does nail art in her free time.

Chair

Yulianna is a freshman at the University of Michigan. She joined Connect Me in 2023 to get service hours. However, she found a passion for this non-profit organization and will continue to participate as she transitions into a college student. Yulianna enjoys dancing, baking, running, reading, and going out with friends!

Aahana Jain

Deputy Chair

Aahana is a senior at Troy High School. She is very passionate about volunteering. She joined Connect Me in order to give back to the community and help students improve in several subjects. She has also volunteered in local libraries and hospitals. Aahana aspires to be involved in clinical research in the future and loves science and math.

Amrutha Dara

Admissions Officer

Amrutha Dara, currently a junior, joined Connect Me as a freshman. Now she serves as one of the leads for the Dunlap Chapter, wanting to get more people involved with Connect Me. She’s an active member of HOSA, Speech Team, Science Fair, and Medical Club. In her free time, Amrutha enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends, and diving into a good book.

Samaya Katikireddy

Admissions Officer

Samaya is a senior at Clovis North High School in Fresno, California. She originally joined Connect Me as a tutor, but she now also works with the Admissions Committee to help pair new students with tutors! Along with her passions within Connect Me, she is invested in her passion project that involves creating art to push for nationwide change, doing research on heart failure, and participating in various school clubs and teams. During her quiet hours, she finds herself going on walks, traveling, hanging out with friends, listening to music, and drawing.

Raavi Riar

Raavi is a junior in high school with a passion for working with children. Her favorite subjects to tutor are math and sciences, she is in Career and Technical Education (CTE) for contemporary issues in education, and has been a part of Connect Me since October 2023!

Bianca Perry

Admissions Officer

Bianca Perry, a high school junior from Long Beach, CA, is passionate about tutoring underprivileged children and engaging in VEX Robotics to explore the engineering design process. Outside of academics, she educates youth about the climate crisis, striving to make a positive impact on her community and the environment.

Claudia (Muyang) Wang

Admissions Officer

Claudia is currently a freshman at Novi High School. She joined Connect Me with the purpose of supplementing her academics, but has since found a passion to seeing her students' growth. She enjoys playing violin in her school orchestra and doing piano solos. She's passionate about rock climbing and participating in sports competitions.

Adaa Chopra is a senior at Northville High School who has been a part of Connect Me since her freshman year. Currently in school, she participates in DECA, National Honors Society, and IASA. Outside of school, she likes to dance, volunteer, hang out with her friends, and play the guitar.

Celine Samaan

Chair

Celine Samaan is a senior at Northville High School. She joined Connect Me to make a difference in communities across the country. She saw that many of her classmates were involved in Connect Me and wanted to show upon seeing the impact they were making. Her favorite thing about Connect Me is the bonds she creates with her students. She was previously a tutor and a member of the advertising committee and is now serving as the Director of Partnerships. Outside of Connect Me, she likes to play tennis, draw, read, and hang out with friends.

Yahav Levy

Deputy Chair

Yahav is a junior at Brooklyn Technical High School in NYC. He is involved in scientific research and Science Olympiad. Outside of his academics, he enjoys playing video games and traveling. In the future he plans to pursue a career in healthcare and research.

Emily has had a passion for tutoring ever she was a little kid. She moved to Michigan in 6th grade and has been tutoring ever since. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, reading, writing, and baking.

Krish Sharma

Team Member

Krish Sharma is a senior at Northville High School who loves to help others. He is engaged in clubs like HOSA, MUN, and IASA. Krish wants to be a doctor one day, loving and tutoring subjects like biology along with other sciences, math, English and history. In his free time, he loves to hang out with friends and stay involved with his community.

Sreyanth Parupalli

Sreyanth Parupalli is a rising senior at Forsyth Central High School. He joined Connect Me due to his passion for teaching STEM courses and helping others grow academically. Recently, he earned a position on the Partnerships Committee and hopes to gain leadership experience and grow Connect Me. Apart from tutoring, he is passionate about swimming and currently serves as his high school swim team captain. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and playing basketball.

Rony Korab

Team Member

Rony is a senior at Churchill High School in Livonia, Michigan. He joined Connect Me back in 2021 to help the organization tutor as many kids as possible and has been with Connect Me since its founding. Outside of Connect Me, he does robotics, is a 2nd Degree black belt in Taekwondo, and is involved in many clubs and honor societies. In the future, he aspires to be a computer engineer.

Sanya Singhal

Sanya Singhal is a dedicated high school student with a passion for leadership and community service. She serves as Secretary of the Student Council, an Officer in HOSA, and captain of the Varsity Golf team. Sanya loves volunteering, teaching, and tutoring, continually striving to make a positive impact on her community.

The Advertising Department is the voice of Connect Me, spreading awareness of our services far and wide. Through strategic campaigns and creative initiatives, this team ensures that those in need of our support know where to turn for free tutoring and mentoring opportunities.

Hasini Anand

Chair

Hasini Anand is a Washtenaw International High School (WIHI) junior who joined Connect Me three years ago to reach her community and make a greater impact. She has previously served as a tutor, Director of Advertising, and Secretary. From tutoring amazing students to helping spread the word about Connect Me, she has loved everything about the experience! She is also very involved with her school community through clubs like Student Government as a Class Representative, Forensics as Club Secretary, and National Economics Challenge as a State Competitor. In the future, she hopes to pursue business and finance as a career.

Agastya Kukudala is a sophomore in high school interested in pursuing a career in stem. He is a part of the JV soccer program and Varsity tennis team. Agastya wants to empower young, underprivileged children by offering free tutoring. He hopes to help expand this organization into one of the biggest tutoring programs in the world!

Ritesh Palla is a high school junior who joined Connect Me as a way to reach out to the community and improve education for everyone. Outside of Connect Me, he’s very involved with his school community through clubs like Science Olympiad and Robotics. Outside of school, he enjoys playing soccer, volleyball, and hanging out with his friends.

Media

Visual storytelling and digital engagement are the specialties of our Media Department. From captivating graphics to compelling videos, this team brings our mission to life online, fostering connection and inspiration within our community and beyond.

Aarav Shah

Chair

Aarav is a Georgia Institute of Technology junior who joined Connect Me to make a difference in the community around him. Previously, he served as Deputy Chair of the Media Committee and is currently the Executive Board Internal Vice President and the Director of Media, where he manages the social media content for Connect Me. Aarav also serves as the CTO for College Treehouse, a content creation team dedicated to making college applications and admissions accessible to everybody. He studies computer science and actively participates in artificial intelligence and neuroscience research.

Diksha Lal

Deputy Chair

Diksha is a senior at Berlin High School and has been a part of Connect Me since her freshman year. She was inspired by Connect Me’s mission and implemented a tutoring program at a nearby middle school. She plans to pursue Computer Science and Psychology in college. In her free time, Diksha enjoys all things art, playing tennis, and volunteering.

Keyya Dave

Team Member

Keyya Dave is a junior at Northville High School in Michigan who joined Connect Me Tutoring to share her love for learning and education with others. Over the past year, she has served as a tutor and recently joined the Media Committee, helping expand the program’s impact. She is also the President and Founder of the Speak Now Club, an official campus action network from the National Organization for Women (NOW), a feminist organization promoting gender equality. Keyya is on the leadership board for her school's leading mental health awareness club, crew head for Northville High School's Drama Club, a member of HOSA, and has been participating in ballet since the age of four, currently competing in ballet as part of an intensive ballet program. In her free time, Keyya enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and traveling and has a strong passion for chemistry. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in STEM while continuing to inspire others to embrace education and growth.

Deepika Rangaraaj is a sophomore at Mission San Jose High School in California. She has been a part of Connect Me for over a year. Deepika joined Connect Me Tutoring in February of 2023. She is part of the Media Committee and has a passion for graphic design and art. Deepika currently tutors 3 students in English and Reading.

Michelle Ke

Michelle is a senior from Central High School in Philadelphia and currently tutors four students. She is interested in the medical field, and so, outside of Connect Me, she is also involved with her school’s Red Cross and Science Olympiad clubs. In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading and painting.

Swara Jasti

Swara Jasti is an incoming junior at Dunlap High School who joined Connect Me a few months back when she learned about it from her friends and discovered their social media. She is the founder of the Newspaper Team, captain of the Speech Team, and a Model UN representative at her school. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in business, specially marketing and media management.

Moira Du

Moira is a freshman majoring in Health Science at university. She joined Connect Me because of her passion for writing and making a positive impact on readers around the world. She enjoys freelance writing, swimming, a bit of NBA, and reading in her free time.

Audrey Steele

Team Member

Audrey is a senior at Clovis North High School who passion for tutoring. She also enjoys being creative through a variety of mediums, including making social media posts in the Media Committee. Audrey looks forward to supporting Connect Me through bringing awareness of the work Connect Me does and how it impacts communities around the nation.

Chapters

The Chapters Department is responsible for building and maintaining Connect Me’s dozens of chapters at high schools and universities across the US! By managing thousands of prospective volunteers, the Chapters Department ensures tutors have a local, in-person community to share their experiences with!

Huda is Muslim and African American working in the Advertising Committee. She is also a tutor with Connect Me, and she is very passionate about her work with Connect Me. She is a rising senior in high school and plans on continuing her work with Connect Me after high school.
