Courses
I'm currently an uprising junior. My strongest points are in math, and I've been an advanced student since the sixth grade. I've taken Algebra I and II, Geometry I and II, Pre-Calculus AB, and AP Calculus AB, and I am confident I can tutor in those subjects as I've completed those courses with an A and strong background. Other classes I've taken are AP Government and Politics, AP Environmental Science, AP English Language, AP World History, AP Biology, Honors Chemistry, etc. I'm well rounded in my other subjects as well and can also tutor in said classes.
Activities
At school, I like to take leadership positions and volunteer. I am currently on Student Leadership Society, National Honor Society, and Red Cross, with active roles in each. Aside from studying, I've been playing tennis for about 8 years, and I've played for clubs but mostly locally.
Awards
I've received the distinguished honor roll (top 5%) , honor roll (top 10%), and commended scholar (top 15%) each 6x, three in my freshman year and three in my sophomore year. I've also received the Galileo Award, which is a behavior award on top of my grade achievements which is teacher-nominated that only one student receives in the entire grade.
